Die drei globalen MICE-Verbände AIPC (The International Association of Convention Centres), ICCA (The International Congress and Convention Association) und UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) intensivieren ihre Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen einer „Global Alliance“. Dabei sollen zunächst vor allem die Bereiche Weiterbildung, Forschung, Standards/Normen und Interessenvertretung untereinander abgestimmt werden.
